Meet the team

Founding Director with knowledge across many industries from several years in the corporate sector, Laura is a former marketing and communications manager at Npower and, with a BSc in Mechanical Engineering, focuses on all things analytical.

Laura has a passion and expertise for not just number crunching and monitoring– but interpreting vital detail to help our clients gain a better understanding of their marketing and customer relations and to advise on future strategies and tactics.

Away from work Laura is a keen Worcester Warriors fan and hopes one day to use her love of all sports as an excuse to travel the world.

Fellow founding director Celia has amassed a wealth of knowledge working for private sector clients and was a former Marketing Communications and Customer Experience manager at npower before branching out to start Fresh Nous.

Responsible for all things content, Celia is also a natural wordsmith and oversees our content creativity to help clients connect better with their audiences in their marketing and, specifically, their customer communications through engaging, well-written copy and visual marketing.

Away from work, Celia, who hails from Norfolk, is a keen home cook and enjoys nothing more than a weekend browsing cook books and trying out new recipes on her foodie family.

Lisa, our Senior Account Manager, has moved from education to fit neatly into her role at Fresh Nous. Lisa project manages and implements strategic action plans to help our clients communicate effectively via digital marketing platforms.

Away from work Lisa is a keen runner, having completed the London marathon multiple times and also volunteers as a committee member of Worcester Swimming Club.
